Disable and re-able account

Hello,

I disabled 1 account without deleting it from AD, now I have to re-able it to gain access to his mailbox but... nothin's happening, I heard that I had to wait something like 2 hours before I can get back to his account after re-able it.. ??

Is it true or do you have any idea how can gain access back ?

I have admins righs...

i have had this problem before.

sometimes you can get into the mailbox in a few minutes, sometimes it takes several hours.

From my experience, it usually works pretty quickly. You could try to force it by running mailbox cleanup in System Manager, and then reconnecting the mailbox to the user account.
 
That only applies if the object is deleted from AD.

The original poster was disabling, not deleting.

Thanks for your help but I succeed in going in my mailbox running the cleanup agent thing... had to wait sometime and then passed trough :) cool
