I have a line that is programmed as a DISA? This line when called can access the PA system, how does this work? Someone from outside is abusing the feature and I need to either remove it or come up with another solution....

As a safeguard against unauthorized use, an authorization code or special
security code of one to eight digits can be assigned for each DISA DN.

Look in features and services book under direct inward system access.

Yes there is a two digit code assigned to this DISA, I guess if I wanted to I could change the line number? The two digit code is their paging code that I would not want to change.

assign a longer code. You don't want someone abusing this feature.
FYI: I have never used this feature just read about it a little.
