It seems that after recieivng dial tone from the exchange after the 3rd digit is dialed the caller gets dropped.

DISA is setup in number analysis and there is an AUTH code setup for DISA.

Any ideas on why the PBX would disconect the call?

Thanks

To 73vette,

When using DISA, is it the 3rd digit when dialing the authorization code or from the dialed number?

Are you using Regional or central authorization code?

Central autorization code:
Initiated ... AUCOI:AUTH=xxx,CILCOD=xxx,CAT=xxx/CSP=xxx,CHECK=NO;
After dialing DISA: * 72 * <AUTH.CODE> # ... then number to dial.

Regional authorization code:
Initiated ... AUCOI:DIR=xxx,AUTH=xxx,CILCOD=xxx,CAT=xxx/CSP=xxx;
After dialing DISA: * 75 * <AUTH.CODE> * <DIR.NO> # ... then number to dial.

Also check AS parameter 184. (ASPAP:pARNUM=184;)

Parnum 184: DISA with or without authorization code?
0 = Central auth.code has to be used
1 = Regional auth.code has to be used
2 = Central or Regional auth code can be used
3 = No auth.code is needed.

To change: ASPAC:pARNUM=184,PARVAL=xx;

It is from the dialed number. I will need to check the ASPAC, but I think I know we are using the *75* sequence.
