DISA feature problem

Can any one help on this. We have Norstar MICS 6.0 and have DISA configured on it with disconnect supervision. The problem is the that when someone calling through DISA makes a mistake in the dialing sequence the line will go in an engaged tone (note - not busy), locking the port on the Trunk card. And, the only way to release the line is to reset the card or physically disconnect the line. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem and how to solve it. Thanks

Are you sure that supervision is turned on for each active line on your system? Look for this parameter in Lines programming, Trunk/Line data.
