Dirty Shutdown

I ran eseutil /mh on my 2 database files and it says that they are in dirty shutdown state.. How can I fix this without restoring

IF a restore is out of the question then run the eseutil /p and an isinteg The first will repair your database and te second will make sure there is no corruption.
