I have two systems 1 G3R and 1 s8700 connected via point to point. Is there a way to assign a Directory button to display the other site's directory?

Example; if I am at the 8700 switch site I wanna search for an extension at the G3r site? Thank you

Our company has this ability but we are G3r V9.5 throughout our multiple sites. I'm not sure with the s8700. The feature is called IDS+ (Integrated Directory)and is located in the system parameters feature screen on page 10. If you have the feature. The IDS+ is established in the TSC Index within the Signaling Group for your point to point. I hope this helps.

We have a v10 G3r, but cannot see this feature in system features. Is this also a customer-option?

I did not see it in our sys-para cu opt screens. We have had this feature for a few years now but I can't recall if it was a "green" feature or not. I'm pretty sure that it is a customer option but you may want to contact Avaya to verify.
