Directory not available on star talk flash 1.4

Hi...
Its been a wile since my last thread, I have a problem with a star talk flash. I enebled the directory In the initial configuration, but It tells me that the directory Its not available when I dial in to the office and de AO answers the line, I press the pound key and gives me that messages...

I reinstall the equipoment and Its keep telling m that.


Any help will do

Are the mailboxes intialized?

Yes they have been initialized, and in the MB programing they have the directory set to yes
