Hi,

I've got a user who was recently married, so obviously her surname has changed.

Even though i've ammended the display name & alias, Outlooks still show's her surname as her maiden name. This is obviously because you can't change the directory name.

So i take it that i'm gonna have to create her a new mailbox.

How do i move all her current emails, contacts etc to the new mailbox or will they do it automatically when i choose her Primary NT Account?

I bet there's a simple easy answer & i'm gonna look stupid *lol*

Thanks,

Scott.

I've just created a new mailbox account with the ammended directory name & for now named the 'display name' Test Mailbox.

I thought that the 'mailbox' name in Outlook generated it's name from the 'directory name', but it can't do as the new 'mailbox' i created is called 'Test Mailbox' in Outlook & not the ammended user name.

Any ideas where the Outlook mailbox name is generated?

All other accounts seem to be the 'display name', yet this users 'display name' is correct, but her 'mailbox' name isn't
