Is there a way to get listing out of the directory that I don't want there. Such as "Hallway Phone" or "Modem Line" or "Fax Machine"
Thanks TJ

Put an '*' or '\' in front of the name, i.e. \kevin.

Also, names starting with a "," (example: ", FAX machine") will not be in the directory list.

If you want to make sure that they don't come up in the directory when and end user enters letters on their keypad, make sure that you use something that can't be dialed on the phone, like 4merAvaya suggested "\". I usually use a "$".

However, if an end user simply presses the directory button, doesn't enter anything, then presses next, all of these listings will be shown at the beginning of the directory.
