Directory entries wont delete 1

Hi Guys,

I have a IPO V2 on 9.1.5 and have deleted 2 directory entries but they are still showing on the handsets, directory is centralised on another system, no personal entries, have given them level 2 system rights for them to delete themselves but the entries remain there.

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I have resolved this for Paul. This site is part of an SCN and they are using HTTP Directory services. The site with the directory was set to get its directory from the site with the issue and the site with the issue was set to get its directory from the main site. Turned off Directory services on the site with the directory and at the next sync everything sorted itself out.
