Directory entries not showing in One-X Portal

I have imported a directory list and the numbers show up in the external category on the phone but not in the One-X Portal. I have synchronized the Directories but they still do not appear.

Set it to system instead off personal.
By default it is set to personal and if that list is empty then it shows nothing.

I do not see where to change this setting. Is it in Manager or in the One-X Portal?

In the right top part of the 4 fields (in 1XP)
The mostl eft tab is personal the middle is system and the most right is external (ldap)

I thought you were talking about a setting I had to change. The Directory entries do not show up in the any of these tabs but they are in the External on the 9508.

I tried it at another site and it works fine. I think I will reinstall the 1XP as this is not the only issue at this site.

Why did you choose for Windows and not for Linux?

No Linux Box to play with.
