Is there a better way to do the directory? I would like to go into Contacts and turn one of the softkey buttons there into a directory button and then have it switch to another screen where we could have a next and call-disp button showing? Right now I have programmed it so it takes up 3 of the softkey buttons on the front screen, but there are people that don’t like that they want send-calls and other things on their front screen. Thanks for any help.

You're better off linking your phone with LDAP (active directory), and doing lookups there.
It's essentially an PHP script that resides on a web server you'd build on your network. The phone's browser would connect to it, and allow you to do lookups through an LDAP thin client.
