When I use the directory button on any 9608 phones I only see 9 names in there
Until upgrading to IPO server edition in expansion mode I could see all names across our scn
Any ideas???
It would have been useful if you had identified whether those 9 names were user/groups on the expansion or not rather than making us guess.
As amriddle implies, you probably need to look at the expansion's System | HTTP settings. It should be set to use the SCN connection to the SE primary (eg. IP Office SCN/99999).
