i am aware that VDN numbers will not show up when using a directory button. is there a reason why hunt group numbers will not show up when using a directory button?

thanks, tim

i think only stations appear on the directory button

Stations and Agents, but I'm not sure of a good reason, other than "just because that's the way Avaya designed it".

Indeed, only stations and agent login-ID's. But you can prevent them from appearing in the directory by using special characters such as @ or _
