we are looking for options.

All the lines are on the phones. We manually turn AA on and off. When AA is turn off and we are unable to answer the phones the calls are dumb into the reception voice mail. Is their a way to send the calls to a CCR Tree before the reception voice mail pick-up or after the calls has enter voice mail, some how is directed to a CCR Tree.

The CCR Tree is an optional element to the Greeting Tables in the AA. In other words, if you want callers to be given options by a CCR Tree the calls will have to be answered by the AA instead of a human.

This could be immediately or after a certain number of rings - say 3 perhaps. Your AA would be active all the time and in the case of the 3 ring scenario mentioned your receptionist would still have an opportunity to answer before it went to the AA and CCR options.

The key to this type of arrangement is to ensure that your lines are set to be answered by the AA at least 1 ring less than the "Fwd No Ans" setting on any phone they ring on. Example - 3 rings for AA, 4 rings for "Fwd No Ans".

To set it up you first build the CCR Tree; plug it in to the appropriate Greeting Table in your AA; begin making test calls to see if it works as you'd like...

Actually the number of rings can be the same as fwd no answer the AA will pick up first the offset of rings is when you have a personal (DID) number ring on 2 phones and the one you want to get the VM set with a lower amount.
With the AA picking up now if you want the AA at night to pick up on zero rings you would have to set up a ringing srevice.(night)
