2 questions..

If i have a 406 with a pri30 trunked to a 403(bri). Can i direct an incoming call on the 406 to go out on a bri line on the 403?
Also can i direct an incoming call from the 406 to a huntgroup on the 403?
In both scenarios SCN is not enabled.

Any ideas??

No idea what traditional networking is. Please explain PRI Qsig.
Dunno if this helps but the 406 and 403 is trunked with an IP trunk and PRI30 is an interface to an Asterisk server. What im looking for is how and where i place shortcodes to direct the calls.

Please explain PRI Qsig." = Please step away from the telephone system.

Sorry, I misundestood the question. I thought you linked the two IPO using a PRI link with Qsig protocol.

So if I understand you correctly, you want route incoming calls on the IPO 406 to the IPO 403 by routing back to the public network?
Why not route to 'phantom user'on the 406 and forward this to DDI of the huntgroup on the 403.
quote: 'Can i direct an incoming call on the 406 to go out on a bri line on the 403?' You do not have SCN or traditional private networking? So you come in through the PRI on the 406 back on the PRI to the 403 and brake-out on to the pub.net. again??? Why? Do I still misunderstand you?

Correct. And yes i know it sounds wierd. Its VoIP calls coming in on the pri(406) going out on the public network via the 403.
The huntgroup part i figured out. I made a shortcode and routed the DDI to that.
My problem with other part is getting the 403 to dial the number wich was dialed to the 406.
Example: i dial XXXXXX in on the 406 and want it to dial XXXXXX to the public network from the 403.
Hope this is a bit more clear.

Try
SC: ?
Tel:.
Line: 12 (whatever voip line group you are using between the systems)
Feature: Dial

I don't suppose it would be that simple

That would make outbound calls go the wrong way..

Which calls (leading digits) would you like to brake-out to the PN on the 403 side?

any 6 digit goes to the 403 any other goes to the PRI.
