The user should be in a pickup group and if he hears a phone ringing that he knows the number of, then the user just needs to key in the FFC code for directed pickup which is "PUDN". In the UK, we tend to use *09, but it can be any valid number and you will need to check this out in LD 57.

Dont know what is tone dialig
i setup extensions in same group if i dial *0# or #9 it pick ups any ringing number from all 457 extensions
and do not works if i dial #9+DN or DN+#9
i want to force user to dial respective DN in order to pickup when it is ringing
it could be very good if DN 111 dials 222 if DN 111 hear busy tone he dials ffc and gets the call if it was ringing
otherwise hears buzy tone.
also no problem if user need to dial FFC first if he knows the other DN is in ringing state
DPU is Allowed
do i still need to put Dns in one group ?
Hook-Flash Followed by SPRE+3 (default PURN) also did not worked either
test this way
made a DN ringing
dialed from another DN hear busy
pressed flash key
SPRE+3
