directed file saving?

Need your help please.
1 server win2k
4 xp pro client
set up as a work group
mapped z: drive to server directory for file storage.
Folders of Harry, Anne, Amber. Jon

How do I MAKE the 3 users save their files to the server versus their drives? Or is this jst a dream?

that depend on what file you want them to save, there is a group policy that force people to save to my document and my document can be mirrored to the server
