What is the easiest way of programming a Direct VM Transfer
button? Please help in details if possible...

What type of VM system?

It matters.

On the Intuity systems, you can do two things:

Set up an auto attendant (xtn transfer) to cover to vmail

or

Train user's on using "go to cover" to get caller's into vm.

manfmmd: it is works in IA770, but afaik doesn't work with Intuity LX (Analog)
