Direct VM through Auto Attendant

Is there any way I can make a menu option so that when the caller presses 4, for example, they get transferred directly to an extensions mailbox? If the callers are getting the automated attendant, nobody is in the office. I don't want it to ring another 4 times. I tried making the system transfer to *56 13 (direct VM to ext. 13) but that obviously doesn't work. Thanks a lot for your help.

Put a 'Do Not Disturb' button on their phones, when they want calls to go directly to VM, have them press the DND button.

Thanks for the suggestion. It would work but I need this to happen every night when the employees go home. That would be another thing to remember.

If you're talking Merlin Messaging, then option 6 allows a mailbox transfer without ringing the phone. That's what it sounds like you're after.
 
That would be exactly it. I have merlin messaging and for some reason it doesn't give me an option 6. It only goes to option 5. Maybe mine is an older release?

Maybe it is not possible to do what I want with my release. Thanks for your help.
