I was not aware until today (console set up before I arrived) that the attendant operator does not have a button programmed to put a call directly into a persons voice mail. We have Definity G3si V6 and Intuity Audix. If an external call goes into a DID ext. then they zero out to the operator and decide to go back to the originating ext. voice mail how can this be set up? I'm thinking the oper. could hit transfer and then a button to send the call back, directly to v.m. am I on the right track?
