Hello,

Is it possible to create direct sip connection between IP Office and Lync 2013?
Just to make calls directly between the two systems.

There is on Microsoft site information about supported IP-PBXs, but nothink about IP Office:

Regards,

Hi baca,

I have an IPO running SE connected to Lync 2013 via SIP. I didnt setup the Lync side, but I can tell you it does work. They can call via the Lync popup and use the conferencing feature of Lync.

I just looked at the SIP trunk, since it's been awhile, it is similar to setting up any other SIP trunk. Hope this helps.

Been there, done that

Thanks,

Could You send SIP Trunk configuration from IP Office?

SIP Info:
SIP Line tab
All default except:
- ITSP Domain Name is customer domain (company.com)
- Send Caller ID = Remote Party ID

Transport tab
- ITSP Address: servername.company.com
- Layer 4 Protocol: TCP / 5060

SIP URI
- Local/Contact/Display = * / * / *
- PAI = None
- Reg = None

Nothing changed in VoIP or SIP Credentials.

Hope this helps!
