Direct Phone Number

How can I program a phone number to ring directly at a certain user's phone in addition to their extension line? My system is currently set up so that in order to reach someone within the company, you have to dial the main number and be transferred to the extension by the operator.

Go into config programming, line access. Enter the set number and assign the line you want to the set as either appear and ring or ring only.

When I go into the config programming, and to the extension of the user I want to add the line to, and then to line access, I see the following options: Line assignment, LinePool Access, Prime Line I/C, Intercom Keys, Answer DNs,and OLI #. None of these options allow me to do what you are saying.
