We have a Series 3 system. 5 stations that have direct lines assigned do not have the lines working. Incoming calls ring (to caller)but do not ring at station and do not go to voicmail. The lines return a busy signal if you try to access them from the station. The extenions on these stations work fine. Have checked at the phone company switch box and lines are OK there. Any suggestions?

I found a web site They had plenty of help available for any Fujitsu products ie: 9600 series3 starlog centigram.

Thanks for the link m1cashman. Still looking for some "free" advice. We're a state agency that has taken severe budget hits. Trying to get this working again without paying for a service call.
Spoke with a tech who said we need to cleanup hard drive and reload software to try to bypass glitch. Don't know how to do that on this system without fouling everything else up.
