Direct incoming local calls on PRI route?

Does anyone know how to direct an incoming call to a specific group of sets so I can have the MOH route different from the other local calls with out making them another customer group. I only have one customer group. This is in an Opt 61C 25.30. I have built a new route with a few members using Tgar and Targ for the out going but what is the secret for the incoming calls?

the co sends calls in on the frist ava trunk by default. if it's did you get digits, if not you get whatever start arangement you have agreed on. If all you incoming is on the same pri. then moh for that trunks is what i hear if you put me on hold.. you can do acd cues, that is a complete different page. moh is on a trunk route, in or outbound.. calls waiting for acd agents get a defined treatment.
