direct extensions cant be called from outside, what have i done? (nortel t7208)

Whats up guys

so i tried switching something around and now non of HR's phone get calls from outside, everything goes to our receptionist which 'isnt good enough'
how do i get each phone to recieve calls directly?

do the lines ring and appear on phones

do they ring into an auto attendant?

person a wants his calls and messages to go to person b's phone
i followed what i thought were simple steps F4 then it says forward to and i punch in the extension
the steps to reverse f#4
in doing that 1 time with my phone just to check if it would work, and if not, only my phone would get screwed up
now they are all screwed up

i was never given any training on this system all i know is how to reset mailbox codes
all the phones have direct lines but now none of them can be reached directly they have to go thru front desk and transfered

it goes doesnt ring at their desk it rings at reception and she transfers call

With so little info and knowledge I suggest you bring in a trained tech and get some training yourself.

all the phones can call out
if i call any office with my cell phone it goes straight to receptions phone, before i messed it up any office would ring


i have access to my call pilot manager but i dont know how to use it

Callpilot is for voice mail

Again..... "do the lines ring and appear on phones"

If they dont have their private line appear and ring then they simply wont get the call.

Like Marv said get a tech in there.
