Direct Call Directly to Bulletin Board 1

I have a PRI line with unused numbers available to use for whatever I need them for (DID). I'd like to send callers who dial 5844 to go directly to a bulletin board in our Intuity Audix at a phantom 2301. How to I do this? Shown is my Dial Plan Routing Table for my PRI. ---Thanks

Well, the PRI part looks OK.

You will also need to set up Voice Mail COVERAGE for 2301 in the LEGEND/Magix.

It is usually Cover Group 30.

I cannot dial 2301 on the Magix system. Do I need a phantom extenstion on the Magix switch? If so, ho do I create one?

You can use an ADJUNCT Extension.

Each TDL Extension has a corresponding ADJUNCT associated with it.

If your system was originally numbered with the "SET UP SPACE" Option, (Which I am sure it was) then the Very first EXTENSION was 7100, it's associated ADJUNCT would be 7300.

Therefore, if it hasn't already been changed to something else, you could renumber 7300 to 2301.

System Program > Start > System Renumber > Single > Adjunct...

Then you could add 2301 to the Cover Group.
