Diplay Page Footer on Drilldown? 1

Good morning,

I am using CR v9 and Oracle 9i db.

This question seems to easy but I have not been able to figure it out....

I have a report that contains 3 groups. I am using drill downs within the report. I can get my data to display correctly during my drilldowns except the page footer. When I drill down there is no page footer data displayed.

Is it possible to have page footer data diplayed within a drilldown?

If you go to file->report options->check "show all headers on Drill Down", the page footer (and other footers) will also appear upon drilldown. The description of this functionality is a little misleading.

Thanks. Works great! I actually tried the "show all headers on Drill Down" within the file->options->reporting tab with no luck. I am not sure why it works in one area but not the other. I should have mentioned that in my original post, but in hinsight, I could not even spell correctly.

I wanted to let you know that a previous project I worked on related to your calendar example worked great, but then the users decided not to use it. Anyway, thank you very much for your help on that effort. Have a GREAT day!

The options tab sets the defaults for all reports. The report options tab sets the settings for a particular report, and overrides the options settings--so that if you had the options set to "show all Headers on drilldown" and the report options didn't have it checked, the headers/footers would not show.
