Dip switch settings for NT5D12AG DDp card ?

Anyone have a reference or print out for the dip switches on the NT5D12AG DDP card. I have a problem whith port 0. Port 1 works ok. Both circuits are the same. I get a ERR404 0 error when a call tried to connect. Thanks.

That error code refers to that Extn dialling being assigned a profile with an NCOS that doesn't exist LD 49 'FCR' FlexibleCodeRestictions ?

Have a look at PRI Insallation and Configuration document on your DIP switch settings
