Someone could help me??
I´m trying to do a menu using Flash 5, that I have buttons that will call another menu ( with more six butons there.) The first menu is a mc and the second one too. How can I call this second menu using a buton in the first one.
Thanks

Ok. I´m trying very hard. I´d like so much if I could to do this, but I´m not . Someone could help me to modified the menuapp2.htlm (link above) .I need that the button (the first or the second , not at all) in the submenu calls another submenu, not a file.html or a email address. but calls one new submenu whith your buttons.
Thanks very much !!!!

What about placing the menus in various frames in the timeline. Then code the buttons with GotoandPlay(n), n being the number of the first frame of the submenu the button points to. It's kinda tedious, but it works. If someone could give an easier method, I'd like to know about it too.

Hope this helps.

A very similar menu was recently discussed in-depth on tek-tips, probably within the last month, so it might be worth doing a quick search of this forum or checking the threads of the past month.

OLD: do you remember that one, where we were trying to kill the 'stick'. I noticed that you're second link, the 'dress-up' file, used a 'kill-timer' to close the menu if it wasn't being used. :)
