I have a KX-TA1232 with a TVS50 I have everything working well except one little problem. When I dial a co that has DIL1:1 it does not goe to the ext's Mailbox but instead goes to a general mailbox system that ask for a mailbox number. I have set up intercept Extension as a VM port on the TVS50. Is this correct? Or should I do this another way?

As always any help is greatly appreciated.

How is TVP set. Sounds like its set to AA mode rather than Voicemail.
Also I am not sure if the intercept sends source ID.
Why not do a call forward on that ext.

Its is set for VM on the port that is intercepting. And you may be right. I will try the call foward function and let you know.

The FWD function works well, but the light is flashing on the PTs. Also the user now could mistakenly turn there voice mail off by pressing the button. Wondering if there is another way to do this.

yes the problem is in area 990 programing
it it not set to send the ext id on trans from a call on a co line
will have to look it up i havent used in a long time
