I acquainted only with 2 analog methods of addition of the new voice message on VMIB board's voice library:

1. Through the handset from the system attendant station.
2. From external voice source (like CD player, PC’s sound card’s ‘voice out’ plug), connected directly to the ipLDK300 with cord through analog ‘voice in’ plug.

ipLDK300 is digital station. It's connected to computer through the digital network cable. Is there exist ‘the digital way’ of adding new voice message? In other words, can I just copy some digital voice files on ipLDK300 from computer and don’t make any weird voice recordings through headset or analog cords?

I suspect that's it is impossible at all. But thank you for your attention any way.

You can make a cable with an RJ11 in the one end and a jack plug in the other end, and use your laptop (with jack plug connector) and some recording software to record your messages.
Now you can simulate the handset of the keyset, and avoid noise and hum - and other interference, when you record your messages and greetings.

It is very interesting way #3!

I didn't know that it's possible to connect in to the headset plug on the system attandant's phone and it's would work properly?!

I'll try to make that's kind of cord.

Thank you very much.
