Digital Station 30B Phones 9508 not connecting.

IPO 9.1.12. Customer expanding. Added Digital Station 30B. Pulled Firmware. Looked great.
Connected 9508 and doesn't connect. Phone has startup screen but no connection indicator on module. Checked all ports. 9508's work fine in control unit. Did do reboot to see if would correct.

Couple of other bits of information. Do have them set for DS. Tried to plug into other expansion ports (4 and 7) and also tried different units. All act the same.

Also. New units and am using blue cable that came with them

Open a config in Manager,
Go to Control Units,
Select the module,
Check Operating Mode is DS.

IPOLackey. They are set for DS. Would I hurt anything by changing to BST and then changing back to DS?

9508 works fine connected directly to the DS port, with the module too? fails to work when connected near the desk? check lines to the destination.

Is the light solid green on module? Was this a replacement or just a freshly added module? Was there ever another module on that expansion port? Are you using the right power supply?

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
