Digital phones rebooting

I have a 400 3.7 and the digital phones keep rebooting. All of them.....T7208 and T7316E. Anyone seen this?

are the row of 10 green LEDs on the front of the BCM flashing also?

No blinking lights. Everything looks normal.

How many Phones? are they all on the same DSM32/16?

32 exactly. Yes all on the same card.

Have you tried a Cold reboot? pull the plug

Unplug the system re-seat the DSM32 and power back up. If you have an open card slot try moving it to a different slot. Do not however pull the card out with the system under power.

There is known issue with the power connector to the module back plane that will also cause this symptom. There is bulletin posted about this.

Tru a different slot to see if it is a bad connector.

That happened to me once and I replaced the DSM-32. All good since then.

It wasn't the connector on the Mods, it was the power supply connector on the backplane that tha Mod plugs into.
