We moved 12 users from IP phones to Digital phones by changing the extensions numbers in the manager extension config. Periodically four or five of the phones change to "please wait" on the display. We then powered down the IPO 406 and the 400 boxes> then powered back up. All extensions cleared and went back to there original extension numbers. WE then changed the extension numbers to what they are supposed to be and rebooted the IPO.
Current status: Two extensions work perfectly with the correct extension number.
One extension says "please wait"
Two extensions have the incorrect extension number and will not change on the display even if we change them in manager and reboot.
