I have an issue that some phones (digital) aren't working.
When calling to phone i get busy signal.
When calling from phone i can contact some users and others i have busy signal.
I have this throughout several digital phones.

when i check status in load 32 of phone i see idle.

It might be an idea to use in LD 32 the command IDU (TN) to check that a digital phone is plugged in.

Also check in the history file for any events that have recently happened in LD 22 using the command

seems like the phones ar in different cabinets.
Phones from cabinet 1 don't communicate with phones from cabinet 2
and vice versa.
How can i reset /troubleshoot the link between de different cabinets.

If you are using an Option 11c system with remote cabinets connected via Ethernet or even fibre, then you might have problems with them syncing and you might need to reset the affected cabinet first and then see if it connects OK.
I think there is a command in LD 135 STAT IPL or STAT FIBR etc.

Have you printed the history file as FirebirdScrambler suggested?
There may be some messages indicating continuity failure that will give you a clue.
You may also do a LD 45 .test - will take a while.
Or LD 30 .loop all
TN 000 1 06 06 suggests this is not an Option 11.
Could be a failing controller card or FIJI or IGS. Or just a bad cable connection.
