Digital Phone Problem...

I got a tech at a site where he has 3- 3904 model phones that have no displays. We did all the obvious remedies change card, enable/disable/card move to another port....changed phone etc. It did not take care of it. I saw a BUG4261 error code appear and it had one of the phone TN's that was bad. Anyone ever experience this before?

Have you gone into LD 32 after they were plugged in to see what the firmware was set at?. Use FSUM ALL.

take the phones and plug them into known working ports. could be the phones.
