Digital Phone model T-series can't receive call.

Hello everybody, could someone helps me to fix this issue please ,
On the IP Office system a digital phone model T-series can't receive call from others phones in the system, however this phone can make call,i saw a strange Capital "N" in the left side which is different to others digital phones on the system.

That capital N means it is in Do Not Disturb mode..

It can be disable manually or i have to use the ip office manager.

The default shortcode on IPO is *09 to disable DND.

Doesn't matter, its still "Feature #85" or "*09" - either will work. You'll find user guides including an explanation of N and the other things that may appear on the display in the IP Office Knowledgebase (

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
