Digital phone freezed

I Have bc11 sp12 and has happened to me that a digital telephone is freezed without reason and no alarm
the only ones clue is that the triple access is idle and the status is SPEECH.
I probe to plug and unplug the cable but nothing.
I have tried with BLEQI and BLEQE commands and with RFBOI but nothing only remedy remove elu28 for 30 seconds.
Some advice?

beware that all digital ext's are disconnected during restart

this issue is solved with servicepack (latest SP for BC11 = SP15) please contact your service provider...

THEREFORE IF I UNDERSTAND SECOND WELL ARE YOU A PROGRAM UNIT PROBLEM?
 
Yes, by restarting the program unit you will solve the problem...

does restart the plant completely or only make the restart of program unit suit according to you?

best to do run that command in low traffic times as it will affect all extensions in that lim.
 
in fact I have done last Sunday when there was none or almost that he used the telephones and have solved successfully him. I still thank all the forum members for the given advices
 
no wories just letting you know that if you restart that program unit at a busy time of the day you lose calls on all digital extensions that reside in that lim....."that is all".
good to hear that it all worked out for you!
