Digital Mobility on a Norstar

Can anyone tell me how difficult or easy it is to install the digital mobility system on a Norstar.

Do I need special key codes?

Do I need a software upgrade from 30CPG05 NAT?

Can these cells be programmed from an administrator phone or do I need a laptop with a special software.

I am pretty sure I can deploy the cells ok, I did a Companion on an Op 81 once. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated.
