Does anyone know what the "ticks" represent on cable delay measurement? I have 2 base stations on a DMC 320 that are both reading 4 ticks yet the base stations are nowhere near each other. On other installs i have gotten 4 ticks on the 1st base station and 8 on the 2nd. I have done 3 installs with the same results, but this is the first time i get 4 ticks on both base stations. The manual does give any info on what the ticks represent, unless i missed something. I am using a BCM 400 with the DMC.

i replied in the norstar forum
i think 1 tick = 6.25 micro seconds ...
ticks 4 = 25us travel time from the DMC to base

I guess I'm just trying to figure out how 2 cables with different lengths can have the same ticks. This is the first time this has happened, and i don't understand why.
