Digital Line Card Swap

I want to replace 1 digital line card on my Option 11. It sits in Cabnit 2 Shelf 5.

I have a new card that I want to replace it with. My question is, If I disable TN 25, pull the card out then replace it with the new one, then enable the card.

Will all the programming still be on the TN's or do I have to rebuild them ?
