digital key system telephone ITYPE 2

Hi all,
I have a digital key system telephone ITYPE 2 (DBA 702)
It has 2 own directory numbers (access 1 and access 2). Wen I am talking through line 1, line 2 is free and I can receive calls (external and internal) through line 2. But now wen I am talking through line 1, I can not receive internal calls (only external) and the calling subscriber hears busy tone. The same happened with key system telephone ITYPE 20 (DBC 203/DBC213). What is the problem. Can we help me?

what version of software for the pabx? do you program ODN2?

Yes of course! I am a stupid man! I have pressed a button ODN2 off. The same was happened whit our secretary phone ITYPE 20. That made me to thought that the problem is into the exchanges. I didn’t think that it is possible I and our secretary to make simultaneously something whit our phones. Fool man.
