I have a G3csiV11 in one of our offices. We recently expanded the office to space 8 floors away. Now, I am getting regular complaints about people in the new space being able to hear other agents' calls (who are also in the new space). These agents are all on digital phones with no bridged appearances, so does anyone have any idea how this "cross talk" could be happening?

I get complaints from time to time about this as well. It is really hard to trace down, when you can't duplicate the situation. I have a G3si, 11.3 and I have seen this problem now on 3 different PBXes, versions 6, 9.5, and 11.1 and now 11.3. Anyone have a good answer for this??? Has anybody else seen this problem?

I would advise you to use other building cabling. Try to repatch the extensions reporting problems to other outlets.
