Digital 16 Module

I was upgrading a IPO 406v2 with digital 16 module and the module upgrade failed. I now have a red light on the digital 16. I can not see the module for upgrade and the DTE port will not accept the AT-X2. Is their a different set of commands to recover a failed expansion unit?

Direct on the exp.module : AT-X

I have had this happen when the Module is full with phones. Try unplugging the phones and see if it comes back.

Does the module try to download .bin file from tftp?

Directly connected I get "TFTP Poll Failed" continually.

You module should be able to pick up software from a tftp server the same way your base module would.

See if you get tftp requests in you Managers tftp log.

No attempt to get software listed in tftp. I see the module in manager but not when I try to upgrade.

It can't see the TFTP server, is the IP Address correct in Manager/System field. Is you manager setup with Broadcast Preferences (255.255.255.255).

Which AT commands have you used?

If you have used anything but ATX, you will have trouble. intrigrant did post a potential solution recently
