When I try to create a 3 digit mailbox I get only 4 to 16 digit dn can be used. I have already tried this with fixed digits set to three and flexible dn's.

login to callpilot manager look under the messaging
tab look at system administration under password change the
prefix to 0 and see if that dont fix your problem.

I agree with strmwalker.

Default minimum password length is 6 digits.
Default password is 12<Extension>

Therfore if you use 3 digit extensions, your default password is only 5 digits.

I believe strmwalker has it. I did not think about having to change the default password length( as it was 3).

Thanks for your help and a star to you.

I am sorry the default password length was 4.

what about the prefix thats just above the password digits
