digit logging problem in bp250

Hi all,

I have a typical problem aTMS logging system connected to bp250 is logging all calls except digit starting 31.
example 32xxxxxxxx
34xxxxxxxx all logging but if you dial 311xxxxxxx, the the mechine log only --1xxxxxxxx only 31 is not there
any reamedy for this
