I am running CCM 6.2 and looking to see if you can differentiate calls going to a skillset? For example: if I have skillset A and I am sending calls from phone number 1234 to skillset A, then I start sending calls from ext 2345 to skillset A, is there a way on the display of phone to tell that calls are either coming from 1234 or 2345?
