I am tidying up an elderly VB6 application. Working in one Form I have become totally bemused. The overall Form is in ScaleMode 3 (Pixel). This applies to most Command Buttons, etc. with the exception of three of them! These have their Height, Left, Top and Width in some totally different unts when viewed in the Properties Window. However if I 'Print Form As Text' everything is correct. Trying to work out the correct positions is giving me a headaxhe! Any ideas?

Are those controls in a picturebox or frame with a different scale mode?

Yes they are. Five are as expected and three are in a different ScaleMode! Thats why I am confused.

To explain a little more try this...

1) Open a new project and add a button and a picturebox to the form.
2) Draw a button directly onto the picturebox.
3) Make both button 'Top' properties '100'.
4) Change the scalemode of the picturebox to pixels.

The button on the picturebox 'Top' is now 6.667 NOT 100

I changed the ScaleMode for the outer Frame to something totally different and then back again. Afterwards everything was as expected. Rather strange!
