You could maybe hotline them each to different numbers that get treated in ARS digit conversion or something if you want all analog stations to do something different.
9620 is IP, not analog - so it's location/region is relative to the IP network map and what region belongs to that subnet.
On analog stations, on the last page, you can set hotline destinations. So, phones 101, 102, and 103 can "hotline" to 9101, 9102, 9103, and then in ARS you can match 101-1+10 digit to go one way, 102-1+10 digit another, and ultimately get each phone to go out a different way, even if they're in the same location.
